These are some of my very best original recipes.  I cook these dishes for my family often, and I hope that you and your family enjoy them as much as we do!  All are quick and easy to prepare using some innovative techniques.  I hope that you find inspiration in these recipes to create some new favorites of your own.

It's since evolved into something much bigger than I could have imagined, but as it grew, the focus shifted from inventing dishes to improving classics.
