    Step into My Kitchen

    February 6, 2023 by

If you've found your way here, chances are you've cooked a few of my recipes from No Recipes and enjoyed the results. That site is ad-supported and built for the masses—but this space is different. It's where I share the original dishes I cook for my family here in Tokyo. Think of it as my personal cookbook.

As a member, you'll get ad-free access to over 280 recipes, with a new one added every week. But more importantly, your support means I don't have to chase search algorithms or pitch to sponsors. Instead, I can focus on what matters most: helping you become a better cook and sharing the delicious ideas that inspire me.

Choose a membership below and join me in the kitchen!

I started No Recipes back in 2007 as a place to share original dishes I'd created with friends. It's since evolved into something much bigger than I could have imagined, but as it grew, the focus shifted from inventing dishes to improving classics. In the spirit of how No Recipes began, I'm bringing back my weekly original recipes for all of my supporters and friends!
