Peach Passion Crisp

September 15, 2021 by Marc Matsumoto Leave a Comment

Peach Passion Crisp ready to serve

My love for peaches and passion fruit goes back to at least 2009 when I posted this recipe for Peach Passion Granola. It’s one of those magical synergies that elevates the combination of flavors beyond what either fruit is capable of achieving on its own.

With summer winding down, and its produce reaching the end of the season. The prices on peaches have been falling and I managed to pick up a few peaches for a real bargain the other day.

Although they aren’t as mind-blowingly sweet or fragrant as their peak-season brethren, they’re good enough to cook with and this peach passion crisp was next level delicious.

It was so good that I went out and bought some more peaches so I could make it again, and share the recipe with all of you!

Marc Matsumoto

Welcome!

I started No Recipes back in 2007 as a place to share original dishes I'd created with friends. It's since evolved into something much bigger than I could have imagined, but as it grew, the focus shifted from inventing dishes to improving classics. In the spirit of how No Recipes began, I'm bringing back my weekly original recipes for all of my supporters and friends!
