Orange Glazed Ham Steaks

December 20, 2023 by Marc Matsumoto Leave a Comment

These orange glazed ham steaks are an easy holiday meal that comes togehter in about 15 minutes.

Would you believe me if I told you you could assemble a holiday-worthy ham in around ten minutes? Whether you're hosting an intimate holiday meal or you're simply craving something festive without the fuss, these Orange Glazed Ham Steaks

With thick, savory medallions of ham lacquered in a sweet and tangy glaze that bursts with the inviting aromas of warm spices and vibrant orange zest, this dish strikes a delightful balance between elegance and comfort, feeling both fancy and cozy.

I made this with a hunk of pork loin ham, but it should work equally well with any kind of thick-cut ham. I also recommend using a cheaper marmalade for this recipe because they are sweeter and less bitter.

I served these atop a bed of creamy mashed potatoes, but they could also work well with a nutty rice pilaf loaded with browned butter and toasted pine nuts.

Marc Matsumoto

Welcome!

I started No Recipes back in 2007 as a place to share original dishes I'd created with friends. It's since evolved into something much bigger than I could have imagined, but as it grew, the focus shifted from inventing dishes to improving classics. In the spirit of how No Recipes began, I'm bringing back my weekly original recipes for all of my supporters and friends!
