Stir Fry

A hot pan and ten minutes will get you further than you'd think. These stir-fries cover a lot of ground, from Japanese kinpira and Okinawan chanpuru to cumin lamb and gochujang chicken, but they all share the same promise: bold flavor, fast.

I started No Recipes back in 2007 as a place to share original dishes I'd created with friends. It's since evolved into something much bigger than I could have imagined, but as it grew, the focus shifted from inventing dishes to improving classics.
