Honestly, this is one of the best things I've cooked this year, and it's definitely going on regular rotation in our household.
It may sound a little crazy, but this nori cream pasta is such a good combo, and it comes together in the time it takes to boil a pot of pasta. All you really need is salt, nori, cream, and pasta. The lemon zest can be substituted for other citrus zest, yuzu kosho, wasabi, garlic, or really anything aromatic. As for the cheese, it adds more umami, but this is still delicious without it.
