    Hi, I'm Marc Matsumoto, a cookbook author, recipe developer, and longtime host of Bento Expo on NHK. I've spent over 18 years creating recipes to help home cooks elevate their everyday meals.

    Marc's Recipes is my private cookbook of original recipes. No ads, no algorithms, just 280+ easy and creative meals that I cook for my family here in Tokyo, Japan.
